MotoGP Motorcyle Race Returns to the Algarve 5th-7th November 2021


MotoGP, the Grand Prix of motor racing, returns to the Algarve on the 5th to the 7th of November 2021. Taking place at Autódromo Internacional do Algarve (AIA) in Portimão, the races will be marked by high emotions and an extraordinary atmosphere. Many accommodation providers are offering special offers for the weekend, plus a vineyard is offering the opportunity to tour their vineyard estate by motorbike.

In this race, marking his farewell will be the motorcycle legend Valentino Rossi. There will also be the opportunity to see the Portuguese hero Miguel Oliveira potentially repeat his great victory achieved on the Algarve circuit in 2020.

In addition to the racing, other entertainment will include track activities and aerial demonstrations.

The MotoGP, which attracts great interest among motorcycle fans both nationally and internationally, will be open to the public once again. For the last two events, access for spectators was prohibited due to Covid 19.

MotoGP Vineyard Visit

Morgado do Quintão Vineyard is offering a unique experience for motorbike enthusiasts, who are invited to visit on their own motorbike and ride through the vineyard on a circuit that takes them around the 50 hectare property, stopping at checkpoints to learn about each of the different grapes. Guests can then enjoy a lunch under their 2000 year old olive tree with wine tasting. Each person is given a bottle of wine to takeaway with them.
