Vila Vita Parc is thrilled to be back after a short winter break and invites guests to another inspiring season at Ocean, their 2 Michelin Star restaurant. This season visitors will embark on a culinary journey of discovery through the “India Route”, inspired through flavours of Cape Verde, Ghana, Mozambique, and Goa.
The gastronomic narrative of the “India Route” follows the fieldwork carried out by the kitchen team themselves, bringing together the authentic tastes of the regions. First, they went on a trip from the North to South of Portugal, that later extended to the islands of the Azores, Madeira and Cabo Verde, and consequently opened the way to more distant horizons, now brought together on the “India Route” menu.
